Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is lost or delayed by UPS. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Policy

PHONEFACTORIES uses Fedex Ground, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivery time for Free Standard Shipping is within 5-9 business days nationwide. Actually for most states and most orders, your order might reach earlier. If you have a more urgent need, we offer three other options -- a flat fee Rapid Ground Service at $5.95, a flat fee Second Day Service at $9.95 and Next Day Service at actual discounted rates charged by our carrier.

All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 days longer. Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get only the shipping date in those instances.

If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that email from the domain PHONE FACTORIES.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number should reach you when your order ships. You may also call our support center at 520-204-1358 ( M-F, 9-7 EST ) to get your tracking information.

If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. In all cases however, you will receive e-mail with tracking numbers.
